Night Shifts

The film explores the challenges faced by healthcare professionals working in London NHS hospitals at night. Directed by Justyna Kabala, as part of a broader research project led by Dr Enora Robin and Emilia Smeds from Urban Innovation & Policy Lab at UCL, in collaboration with the London branch of the Royal College of Nursing.
